A Day at the Park

We have been enjoying the park a good bit lately since the weather has been so nice! River loves being outside and the park gives him the freedom to run around and get all of his energy out.  He is getting so big and totally growing up right in front of us! Hope you enjoy the pictures!

What We've Been Up To- iPhone Photos!

So I just realized that it's been a month since my last post! I thought I would let you guys in on what we have been up to lately!

Lunch date at Chick-Fila, hanging out in just a diaper, trying to his new climbing skills on anything and everything, first art project!

First haircut, clown cake pops and cake for a circus birthday party, watching the big truck and tractor out the front door!

The we have all had a busy couple of weeks but River has been the most busy by growing into a toddler seemingly overnight! Seriously!! He got his hair cut for the first time,  "started school", and now is forward facing in his carseat.  Where did our little baby go?!?!

I have seen this Step 2 Up & Down Roller Coaster a few places but have always just kind of dismissed them thinking that they were a little dangerous and not for toddlers. But after seeing how much all of the kids, including River, enjoyed this one at Gavin's birthday party, I now have a different view of them.  They are actually pretty safe as long as you don't put them on a steep incline, which most responsible people wouldn't do.  Also the kids can basically do everything by themselves which is pretty cool to them. I think that River might be getting one in the near future or at least be going to play with Gavin's every once in a while! I mean just look at the complete excitement on his face, how can he not have one!

Vacation Pics!

We headed to Folly Beach last month so I figured it was about time to show you all the pictures from our wonderful vacay! We had so much fun and I hope it becomes something that we do every year!
