Wordless Wednesday!

First Bath

Well I guess this is going to be the first of many firsts so here goes!  We have been waiting for what seems like forever for River's umbilical stump to fall off so he could have his first bath and it finally happened.  So on Saturday night River had his first bath but needless to say he did not like it at all.  I think it will just take a while for him to get adjusted to taking a bath.  He had another one last night and he liked it a little better that time.  So here are the pictures I know you are waiting for!

Twitter

For a long time I said that I would never, ever sign up for a Twitter account because I couldn't keep my Facebook status updated, much less Twitter! Well a couple of weeks ago I just decided to jump on the Twitter bandwagon and I signed up for an account! Now I am totally addicted!!! Although most of my posts are about River, I will say that I am keeping up with it pretty well. So if any of you are on Twitter my name is KateMG07 if you want to follow!

He also likes to hold on the the straps of his car seat and I think it is too funny b/c he looks like he is holding on for dear life! And look at those big hands!

Following up from my last post, the 2 pictures that I got from the photo shoot the other day are adorable!  I edited them tonight and I absoutely love how they turned out.  I am not going to post them on here until Callie sends out the birth annoucements! Here is more outtakes from the other day!

Photos Gone Wrong!

Yesterday, Callie and I decided that it would be a good time to try and take some pictures of River for his birth annoucement. Apparently River learned of our plans and decided that he did not like them one bit! Let's just say it was pretty much an epic fail! I think I got 2 good usable pictures all day. So for now here are some of the outtakes from the shoot!

Welcome!

Welcome to th world little man! Finally getting around to posting pictures of our first meeting with River.  I was one single most awesome moments of my life.  I didn't ever think that I could love one little person so much.  I absolutely love being an aunt, even if it means I'm a little sleep deprived sometimes (but I will do anything to help my wonderful sister out!
