9 months!

Seriously cannot believe that this little boy is already 9 months old!

What River is up to this month:

- Weighs approx. 22 lbs.

- Has 5 teeth now. It's so funny bc he got his outer top teeth before the front ones!

- Pulling up on everything and also practicing how to sit down from standing. Starting to get more brave and only hold on with one hand!

- Eating solids 3 times a day and loves his puffs.

- Mastered the art of drinking out of a sippy cup!

- Still loving his toys and is very good at entertaining himself.

- One of the happiest and most pleasant babies ever!

- Babbling and starting to try to say Mama and DaDa but mostly for daddy its PopPop b/c that is what Jeremy taught him to say!

Christmas

Well since it is almost 2011, I figured I better go ahead and post Christmas pictures!  I decided to do a slideshow because of course we took tons and tons of pictures!

This Christmas was one of the best ever!  Just experiencing River's first Christmas with him was one of the greatest joys ever.  He loved every second of it and seeing the look on his face on Christmas morning was priceless.  I'm sure Christmas in the years to come will be even better!

And just in case you were wondering, River plays with every single one of his new toys! I have never before seen a baby that loves to play as much as he does!

Polar Express

Checking out the Polar Express that Daddy got him for an early Christmas present...notice the tight grip he has around his mommy's neck, he wasn't too sure about it at first!

Now warming up to and actually liking it!

But I'm not to sure who he is giving the side-eye in this picture!

8...8.5 months!

This picture completely sums up River and his personality! He is always so happy and smiles all the time and it still melts my heart every single time!

I realize this is more than a little late but between the holidays and a double ear infection for River :( , it took a little while to get a decent picture!

As you can see, River is feeling a lot better because this is how he spent the majority of the photo shoot!

What River is up to this month:

- Weighs 21.5 lbs

- Still has 3 teeth but 2 on top should be peeking through any day now.

- Officially crawling all over the place!

- Laughing at everything and it is the most precious laugh EVER!

- Loving his walker still and basically running everywhere in it

- He can't get enough of playing with his toys...he absolutely loves them!

The Official Santa Picture!

Finally here is Santa, Take 2 that I promised last week!  You would think that since I am on a break with school that I would have more time to blog but apparently I have been keeping myself pretty busy! 

Looking at the Christmas trees and pretty presents was a very good way to pass the time while waiting to see the Jolly Ole' Man!

So was standing up in the stroller and checking everyone out...

Finally! It's almost my turn...
